Terms & Conditions for Paint-2-Unwind Events
Welcome to Paint-2-Unwind Events! Before you join us for a creative evening, please read through our terms and conditions carefully. By participating in our events, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment:

All bookings for Paint-2-Unwind events must be made in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of $35 is required at time of booking to secure your event.

We only accept payments through our online payment system. Cash payments are not accepted.

Full Payment is due a week before the event.

"Painting Date Night In" requires full payment at the time of booking
Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before the event will be eligible for a partial refund (not including $35 non-refundable deposit).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.

In the event that Paint-2-Unwind needs to cancel a event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued, including $35 deposit.
Event Participation:

Paint-2-Unwind events are open to individuals of all skill levels.

Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to check-in, set up, and mingle.

All necessary painting supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, etc.) will be provided by us.

Participants are responsible for their own food and beverages unless otherwise specified.

Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct towards fellow participants or staff, will not be tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Participants are responsible for the care and cleanliness of their work area.
Intellectual Property:

All artwork created during our Paint-2-Unwind events remains the intellectual property of the participant.

We may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending our events, participants consent to the use of their likeness in such materials.
Liability:

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in Paint-2-Unwind events is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event, including but not limited to accidents, allergic reactions, or theft.

Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for a painting session. We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings.

Any damage caused to the venue or painting supplies due to negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website.
